how we do it

Because it's true that proper preparation prevents poor production, we've come up with a simple 5 step explanation to help you understand how our order process works.
We call it, Lucky Tees' 5 Ps.

1. prep

Prepare yourself to order by figuring out how many pieces and what colors and/or sizes you will need so that we can provide you with the most accurate quote. If you have artwork, prepare it as best as you can in accordance with our artwork requirements.

 

2. price

Get your info and artwork (if available) together and get in touch with us, by either phone or email, and we will put together an all-inclusive, per piece price and a total order price.

 

3. proof

One of our design experts will create a downloadable, digital proof of what your item will look like printed. Once you have carefully review and approved the proof, all that is required to proceed is a 50% deposit of the order total. We accept cash, check, credit cards and PayPal.

 

4. print

After collecting your deposit your order gets scheduled for print. Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days but rush service is available for an additional fee (20% of order total).

 

5. pay

We'll contact you when your order is packed and ready for pickup or delivery at which time the remaining balance will be collected.
